Rev. Jennifer has gone through all the parish registers and transfer files to try to determine who is a member of St. Francis, and that the proper information has been recorded. Spreadsheets of the working document are on the table in the narthex. Some information in parish registers is missing or incorrect. Please take a few minutes to check the information for you and your family members and record any errors or missing information. There is a master list also with member’s names marked with “A”. If you are not listed as a member and wish to become one- so you can vote at the annual meeting – please contact the last church of which you were officially a registered member and ask them to send your Letter of Transfer (dates of birth/baptism/confirmation/reception) to St. Francis as soon as possible.
If you know of members who are now regularly attending church elsewhere, please let Jennifer know, or speak with them and suggest they have their records transferred there.
Annual meeting will be February 19th at 9 am in the parish hall.
